These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ForestSEO, including the website, applications, APIs, and related services we provide.

By creating an account, accessing the service, or using ForestSEO on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have authority to bind the person or entity using the service.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method, workspace invitations, and account credentials secure. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or workspace unless you can show that the activity resulted from a security issue within ForestSEO.

• Provide accurate and current information when creating or managing an account.
• Use the service only for authorized business or professional purposes.
• Promptly remove access for users who should no longer use your workspace.

Paid features are billed according to the subscription plan, billing interval, and any order form or checkout flow presented when you purchase access.

Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel or downgrade through the product or by contacting us.

• Taxes, currency conversion, and processor fees may be applied where required by law or by your payment method.
• If payment cannot be completed, we may suspend or limit paid features until the balance is resolved.
• We may update pricing for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice.

You may not use ForestSEO to violate the law, infringe intellectual property rights, abuse system capacity, or interfere with other customers' use of the service.

You remain responsible for the data, prompts, content, and publishing actions performed through your workspace, including any output generated with AI assistance.

• Do not upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or bypass rate limits or technical restrictions.
• Do not use the service to generate or publish unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or abusive material.
• Do not resell the service or share access outside your permitted subscription scope without written approval.

ForestSEO lets you connect third-party accounts—such as a Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox—so the service can send, receive, and manage messages on your behalf. By connecting an account, you confirm that you are authorized to use it for this purpose and that your use complies with the connected provider's own terms and policies.

You authorize ForestSEO to access a connected account using the permissions you grant during the provider's consent flow, and only to operate the features you enable. You can disconnect a connected account at any time from the dashboard, and you remain responsible for the messages and actions carried out through accounts connected to your workspace.

• Connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage on behalf of your organization.
• Your use of a connected provider remains subject to that provider's terms, and the provider may change, limit, or revoke access independently of ForestSEO.
• Disconnecting an account in ForestSEO removes the access we have stored; you can also revoke access directly from the provider's own account settings.

ForestSEO and its underlying software, branding, workflows, and documentation remain the property of ForestSEO and its licensors.

You keep ownership of content and business data that you submit to the service, subject to the rights needed for us to host, process, secure, and improve the service for you.

We work to keep ForestSEO available, secure, and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

We may modify, maintain, or temporarily suspend parts of the service when needed for security, legal compliance, capacity, or planned improvements.

ForestSEO is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

SEO outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including search-engine behavior, competitor actions, publishing quality, and your implementation choices. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or business results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForestSEO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.

If liability cannot be excluded, ForestSEO's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to ForestSEO for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay for paid features, or create security, legal, or abuse risk.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related provisions—will continue after access ends.

If a separate signed agreement does not say otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws applicable to the ForestSEO contracting entity providing the service to you, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
